At CEED Transitional Living Community, we believe stable housing can be the beginning of a new chapter. We provide safe, furnished transitional housing and individualized support for adults who are working toward greater stability and independence.
Our residents include seniors, veterans, individuals experiencing homelessness, and people rebuilding their lives after incarceration. Through housing, case management assistance, life-skills support, community resources, and encouragement, CEED helps residents move forward with dignity, purpose, and hope.
