Supporting Seniors on the Path to Stability and Independence
At Ceed Transitional Living Community (CEED TLC), we provide safe, supportive transitional housing for seniors who are experiencing homelessness, returning to the community after incarceration, or have proudly served our country as veterans. Our goal is to help every resident achieve stability, independence, and an improved quality of life through housing, support services, and community partnerships.
Seniors Experiencing Homelessness
We provide a safe, stable, and supportive environment for seniors who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Our program helps residents regain stability while working toward permanent housing and greater independence.
Seniors Reentering the Community
Older adults returning to the community after incarceration often face significant barriers to housing, employment, and support. CEED TLC provides a structured living environment where residents can rebuild their lives, reconnect with their communities, and successfully transition back into society.
Veteran Seniors
We proudly serve veteran seniors who need safe transitional housing while accessing VA benefits, healthcare services, employment resources, and permanent housing opportunities. We are honored to support those who have served our nation.
