Transportation Assistance
CEED provides transportation assistance for important appointments and essential services based on resident needs and program availability.
Case Management Assistance
CEED assists residents with identifying individual goals and connecting with community programs, benefits, and other resources that may help them move toward greater stability.
Community Resource Connections
CEED helps connect residents with appropriate community resources, including healthcare, behavioral-health services, veteran services, reentry programs, benefits assistance, employment resources, and permanent-housing resources.
Household Essentials
CEED provides high-speed Wi-Fi, household cleaning products, and basic personal-hygiene products as part of our supportive living environment.

Who We Serve
Housing Support for Adults 55+
CEED serves men and women age 55 and older who are capable of independent living and need a safe, stable place to call home during a period of transition.
We welcome:
Older Adults Experiencing Homelessness or Housing Instability. Providing a stable environment for seniors who need transitional housing while working toward long-term stability.
Veterans Age 55+
Supporting older veterans who need transitional housing and connections to community and veteran resources.
Returning Citizens Age 55+
Providing a supportive environment for older adults transitioning back into the community after incarceration.
Is CEED the Right Housing Environment?
CEED residents must be:
• 55 years of age or older
• Capable of independent living
• Independent with their activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Able to manage their own medications
• Appropriate for a shared-living environment
• Willing to follow CEED’s resident guidelines and house rules
• Willing to complete CEED’s screening and intake process
Admission is based on eligibility, successful screening, program fit, and current housing availability.
Understanding CEED’s Level of Support
CEED is a transitional housing program designed for adults who can live independently.
CEED is not an assisted-living facility, nursing home, medical facility, or inpatient behavioral-health facility.
CEED does not provide skilled nursing care, medication administration, personal-care services, or 24-hour medical supervision.
Residents who receive services from outside healthcare, behavioral-health, veteran, or community providers may continue working with those providers while residing at CEED.
Supporting Seniors on the Path to Stability and Independence
At Ceed Transitional Living Community (CEED TLC), we provide safe, supportive transitional housing for seniors who are experiencing homelessness, returning to the community after incarceration, or have proudly served our country as veterans. Our goal is to help every resident achieve stability, independence, and an improved quality of life through housing, support services, and community partnerships.
Seniors Experiencing Homelessness
We provide a safe, stable, and supportive environment for seniors who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Our program helps residents regain stability while working toward permanent housing and greater independence.
Seniors Reentering the Community
Older adults returning to the community after incarceration often face significant barriers to housing, employment, and support. CEED TLC provides a structured living environment where residents can rebuild their lives, reconnect with their communities, and successfully transition back into society.
Veteran Seniors
We proudly serve veteran seniors who need safe transitional housing while accessing VA benefits, healthcare services, employment resources, and permanent housing opportunities. We are honored to support those who have served our nation.
