September often feels like a fresh start. Summer begins to wind down, routines return, and many of us start thinking about what we want the remainder of the year to look like.

At CEED Transitional Living Community, we believe a fresh start can happen at any age and at any stage of life.

For adults experiencing homelessness, returning to the community after incarceration, veterans facing housing instability, and seniors who need a safe place to rebuild, having stable housing can be an important first step toward moving forward.

More Than a Place to Stay

At CEED, our goal is to create an environment where residents can feel safe, respected, and supported while working toward greater independence.

Our furnished transitional housing provides residents with the stability of having a place to call home while they focus on their individual goals. Depending on their needs, that may include connecting with community resources, attending important appointments, improving financial literacy, strengthening independent-living skills, or preparing for their next housing opportunity.

Every person’s journey is different. That’s why we believe support should recognize the individual—not simply the circumstances that brought them to us.

Community Matters

One of the most important parts of rebuilding can be knowing that you don’t have to do everything alone.

CEED brings people from different backgrounds and life experiences together in a shared community built around respect, responsibility, stability, and personal growth.

Our residents may have different stories, but they share something important: the opportunity to move forward.
