Dieshawn L. Holmes is the founder and program director of Ceed Transitional Living Community, a safe and supportive housing program designed to uplift individuals facing homelessness, crisis, or life transitions. Educated in the Social Work Technician program at Mott Community College, Dieshawn combines her professional training with a deep passion for service. Her volunteer work with hospice patients has strengthened her compassion and commitment to helping vulnerable populations live with dignity, peace, and purpose. Dieshawn’s leadership at Ceed ensures that each resident receives the care and support needed to rebuild their lives and achieve stability.
